Prices are in AED and exclude 5% VAT. Every treatment begins with a physician consultation. A consultation is not a commitment to treatment.

What it is

A dermatological resurfacing system with dedicated protocols for acne-prone skin, pigmentation, redness and ageing — a measured step between a facial and a deep peel.

What it addresses

Acne-prone, oily or congested skin, clogged pores, dull or rough texture, uneven tone and pigmentation, and early signs of ageing such as fine lines.

What you should see

Clearer, smoother and brighter-looking skin with less congestion and a more even tone. Pores can look more refined, and breakouts and pigmentation may gradually lessen; improvement builds over a course of sessions, and results vary.

Sessions
1
Downtime
Usually 1–5 days, depending on the protocol and strength.
How it feels
Mild to moderate tingling or stinging during application.
When you see it
Skin often looks brighter and feels smoother within about a week.
Skin types
Suitable for all skin types (Fitzpatrick I–VI).

What it does not do

  • Does not reach the depth of surgical or fully ablative laser resurfacing
  • Cannot clear melasma once and for all — it needs ongoing control
  • Does not tighten significant laxity or redefine the jawline
  • Does not transform the skin in one session — a course is needed
  • Does not replace medical treatment for cystic acne

Who it is not for

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding (some solutions are not suitable)
  • Cold sores, impetigo or other active facial infection
  • Open wounds, or broken or irritated skin
  • Allergy to the acids or ingredients used, including aspirin (salicylate) allergy
  • Isotretinoin (such as Roaccutane) within the past six months
  • A fresh tan or sunburn, or intense sun exposure planned soon after
  • Recent waxing, laser or other resurfacing in the area, until healed
  • Severe inflamed or cystic acne that needs medical treatment first

Areas

  • Forehead (rough texture, early lines, dullness)
  • Cheeks (congestion, enlarged-looking pores, shallow acne marks)
  • Nose and T-zone (oiliness, blackheads)
  • Around the mouth (roughness, fine lines)
  • Chin (breakout-prone skin, post-inflammatory marks)
  • Jawline (dull, uneven surface)
  • Neck, where suitable (crepey surface texture)

Downtime, in full

Usually 1–5 days, depending on the protocol and strength. Tightness and light flaking are common; stronger protocols can cause more visible peeling for three to five days.

Comfort and anaesthesia

Mild to moderate tingling or stinging during application. Most people tolerate it well without anaesthetic, and a cooling fan may be used for comfort.

Timeline

Skin often looks brighter and feels smoother within about a week. Improvements in tone, texture and pigmentation build over repeated sessions: a course of three to six treatments, usually two to four weeks apart, is typical, followed by maintenance every one to three months.

After the treatment

  • SPF 50+ every day
  • Only a gentle cleanser and barrier cream until any peeling has finished
  • No retinoids, AHAs, BHAs or scrubs for 5–7 days
  • Let flakes shed on their own — do not pick
  • Avoid heat, saunas, swimming and heavy sweating for 48 hours
  • Restart active skincare only when the clinic advises
  • Follow your home-care plan and keep to the planned sessions

How people describe it

  • Rough, sandpaper-like texture
  • Clogged pores and constant congestion
  • A dull, greyish cast that no serum fixes
  • Early fine lines and sun-roughened patches
  • Mild acne scarring and marks left by breakouts
  • Make-up sitting unevenly on the skin
  • Wanting resurfacing without a long recovery

Next step

Suitability is decided in the room, with a physician.

Device suitability is confirmed at consultation — never before. Results vary between individuals and no particular outcome is promised.
