A consultation comes first.

All treatments require a prior consultation and confirmed appointment. Every treatment begins with a physician consultation. A consultation is not a commitment to treatment.

Arrive ten minutes early.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

Give 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Contact our front desk on WhatsApp or by phone as early as you can and we will reschedule or cancel your booking. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a charge.

Deposits.

Deposits for certain treatments may be non-refundable. The front desk will tell you whether a deposit applies before you pay it.

Payment.

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Packages and course-based treatments are non-transferable and valid for the period stated at purchase.
