Prices are in AED and exclude 5% VAT. Every treatment begins with a physician consultation. A consultation is not a commitment to treatment.

What it is

A two-phase iS Clinical resurfacing facial — a warming exfoliation followed by a cooling, calming mask — chosen when skin needs to look rested, even and luminous before an event.

What it addresses

Dull, tired-looking skin, uneven texture, mild congestion and early signs of ageing such as fine lines. The resurfacing step lifts away the build-up of dead skin cells that can leave the complexion looking rough or lacklustre.

What you should see

Skin typically looks brighter, smoother and more refreshed straight after the treatment, with pores that appear refined, better hydration and a more even, radiant complexion. Individual results vary.

What it does not do

  • Does not remove deep, set-in wrinkles
  • Does not reduce fat, including under the chin
  • Does not clear melasma or deep pigmentation
  • Does not lift or tighten loose skin
  • Is not a substitute for a medical-grade chemical peel or laser resurfacing
  • Is not a treatment for active cystic acne

Who it is not for

  • Active cold sores
  • Broken skin, open wounds or a skin infection such as impetigo
  • A rosacea flare-up or very inflamed, reactive skin
  • Allergy or sensitivity to any of the products used
  • Isotretinoin (oral acne medication) in the past six months
  • Sunburn
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding (the resurfacing masque contains retinol)

Areas

  • Forehead (dullness, fine dehydration lines)
  • Between the brows (dull, tired-looking skin)
  • Cheeks (uneven texture, loss of radiance)
  • Nose and T-zone (congestion, enlarged-looking pores)
  • Around the mouth (flakiness, fine dry lines)
  • Chin (clogged pores)
  • Jawline (dull, uneven texture)
  • Neck (dullness, dry or crepey texture)

Downtime, in full

Usually none. Some pinkness or tightness for a few hours is common, and most people are camera-ready the same day.

Comfort and anaesthesia

Comfortable for most people: the first masque feels warm and tingly, and the second is cool and soothing. No numbing is needed.

Timeline

The glow is visible straight after the session and often peaks a day or two later; the effect typically lasts around a week. It can be booked as a single session before an event, or monthly as maintenance.

After the treatment

  • Apply SPF 50+ every morning
  • Pause retinoids, exfoliating acids (AHAs/BHAs) and vitamin C for 48 hours
  • Cleanse with a gentle cream cleanser
  • Avoid saunas, steam rooms and hot yoga for 24 hours
  • Keep the skin moisturised
  • No picking, and no exfoliating scrubs for 3 days

How people describe it

  • Dull, lifeless skin before an event
  • Rough, flaky texture
  • Clogged pores and blackheads
  • Uneven tone and a lack of glow
  • Make-up that won't sit smoothly
  • Mild dehydration and tightness
  • Stressed skin after travel or air-conditioning

Suitability is decided in the room, with a physician.

Device suitability is confirmed at consultation — never before. Results vary between individuals and no particular outcome is promised.
