1. Information we collect
When you contact us or book, we collect your name, phone number, email, treatment interest — together with the medical information needed to treat you safely. The enquiry form on this site sends your name, phone number, email address and message to the clinic's front desk through our booking system (LIZI, hosted for the clinic), where they are stored securely and used only to answer you and arrange your visit. The WhatsApp and call buttons open your own apps; nothing else about you is recorded here.
2. How we use your information
To respond to your enquiry, arrange and confirm appointments, and provide treatment safely. We do not sell your data.
3. Medical confidentiality
The medical information you disclose — including medication, allergies, prior procedures and pregnancy — is used by the clinical team responsible for your care and is held as part of your clinic record.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your data. Messages you send us on WhatsApp pass through WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta, under its own terms and privacy policy.
5. Data security & retention
Clinic records are retained for the period required by UAE healthcare regulations.
6. Cookies & analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising trackers. Fonts are served with the site. The only data that leaves your browser is what you type into the enquiry form, sent to the clinic's booking system as described above. Should that change, this section will say so first.
7. Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, ask for corrections, or withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time by writing to frontdesk@savoyclinic.ae.
