All treatments require a prior consultation and confirmed appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. A consultation is not a commitment to treatment.

These terms apply to every appointment and treatment at Savoy Clinic.

2. Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a charge. Contact our front desk on WhatsApp or by phone as early as you can and we will reschedule or cancel your booking.
3. Deposits
Deposits for certain treatments may be non-refundable.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are in AED and exclude 5% VAT.
5. Packages
Packages and course-based treatments are non-transferable and valid for the period stated at purchase.
6. Medical information
You agree to disclose accurate and complete medical information, including medication, allergies, prior procedures, and pregnancy. Device suitability is confirmed at consultation — never before.
7. Results
No specific result is guaranteed, and any before-and-after material shown is illustrative of individual cases only. Results vary between individuals and no particular outcome is promised.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of the Dubai Health Authority.
