What it is
Deep-tissue and medical massage with Rose Belgar, including lymphatic drainage — for muscular tension, recovery, fluid retention and the body's response to sustained stress.
What it addresses
Muscle tension and tightness, stiffness, stress-related tension, postural strain from desk work or travel, and recovery after sport or training. It can also be part of the support for longer-standing muscular aches, alongside medical care.
What you should see
Many people feel looser and more relaxed after a session, with less muscle tightness and easier movement. Over a course, alongside regular activity and good posture, massage can help keep tension from building up again. Individual results vary.

Timeline
Many people feel a release and move more easily after the first session. Benefits tend to build over a course (the package includes six sessions), with occasional maintenance sessions afterwards if needed. How long relief lasts depends on posture, activity and daily workload.
After the treatment
- Drink plenty of water
- Avoid intense training the same day after deep work
- Gentle movement or warmth, such as a warm shower, can ease any soreness
- Contact the clinic if you notice numbness, tingling or pain that gets worse
How people describe it
- Neck and shoulder knots that never fully release
- Lower-back stiffness after long flights or desk days
- Tension headaches that start at the base of the skull
- An ache between the shoulder blades from sitting all day
- Tight hips and glutes that limit movement
- Tight forearms and wrists from phone and laptop use
- General fatigue and slow recovery after training
