Post-Treatment Recovery & Regeneration
“My skin is dull, sensitised and red after treatment — I want it to settle faster.”
Skin that is pink, warm, tight or flaky in the days after a laser, peel, microneedling or an energy treatment, or skin that has stayed dull and reactive for longer than expected. Make-up sits badly, and the face looks tired rather than refreshed.

Why it happens
Post-Treatment Recovery & Regeneration, explained plainly.
Most resurfacing and energy treatments work by creating a controlled injury: the skin is prompted to repair and, in repairing, to renew itself. Redness, warmth, tightness and light flaking are the visible side of that repair, and they usually settle on their own as the barrier rebuilds. How quickly depends on the treatment, on the skin's own resilience and on how it is cared for in between. Sun, heat, harsh actives and impatience all slow it down. Supportive care during this window aims to keep the skin calm and comfortable while it repairs.
