Post-Partum Loose Skin
“Since my pregnancy, the skin on my stomach hasn't tightened back.”
Soft, finely crinkled skin around and below the navel that gathers when you bend forward, often alongside pale stretch marks. Your weight may be back to where it was while the skin is not.

Why it happens
Post-Partum Loose Skin, explained plainly.
During pregnancy the skin and the abdominal wall stretch considerably over a relatively short time. Afterwards the skin retracts, but the collagen and elastin fibres that give it recoil may have been stretched beyond full recovery, leaving a softer, finely crinkled surface, often alongside stretch marks. How much the skin recovers depends on heredity, age, the number of pregnancies and the weight gained and lost. Separation of the abdominal muscles is a distinct issue that needs its own assessment.
