1. Appointments
All treatments require a prior consultation and confirmed appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time so your consultation is not shortened.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a charge, and deposits for certain treatments may be non-refundable.
3. Medical Information
You agree to disclose accurate and complete medical information, including medication, allergies, prior procedures, and pregnancy. Treatments may be declined or modified where clinically appropriate.
4. Results & Expectations
Aesthetic and wellness outcomes vary between individuals. No specific result is guaranteed, and any before-and-after material shown is illustrative of individual cases only.
5. Payments
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Packages and course-based treatments are non-transferable and valid for the period stated at purchase.
