Before you arrive
Message us on WhatsApp or call the front desk to confirm a time. Let us know broadly what you would like to discuss so we can allocate the right practitioner.
It helps to arrive without heavy make-up if your concern is skin-related, and to bring a list of the products or medications you use.
During the consultation
You are seen privately. A practitioner will listen first, then examine the areas you want to discuss and review your relevant history.
You will be told what options exist, what they involve, and what the alternatives are — including doing nothing for now.
Afterwards
If you decide to proceed, our front desk arranges the next steps and explains the costs before anything is confirmed.
If you would rather think about it, that is entirely normal. Our team remains available on WhatsApp for follow-up questions.
